Ingredients

3 servings
Whole wheat flour (wholemeal atta flour, chapati flour)1¼ cups, or 3 leftover rotis
Paneer200 g, strips
Hung curd (greek yogurt)3 tbsp
Kashmiri chilli powder¾ tsp
Ginger garlic paste1½ tsp
Garam masala¼ tsp
Chaat masala½ tsp
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)1 tbsp
Onion1 small, sliced
Capsicum (green capsicum, green bell pepper)½, sliced
Cabbage1 cup, shredded
Carrot½, grated
Coriander leaves (cilantro)⅓ cup
Mint leavesa handful
Green chilli1
Lemon juice2 tsp
Saltto taste

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Make 3 rotis from whole wheat flour, or warm leftover rotis.
  2. 2Marinate paneer with curd, chilli, paste, garam masala and salt for 10 minutes. Sear in oil with onion and capsicum.
  3. 3Grind coriander, mint, chilli, lemon and salt into chutney.
  4. 4Spread chutney on each roti, add cabbage, carrot, paneer and chaat masala. Roll tightly and wrap in paper.
Serve it like this
