Mayonnaise½ cup
Tomato ketchup (ketchup)3 tbsp
Dill pickles (gherkins)2 tbsp, finely chopped, or relish
Onion1 tbsp, minced
Lemon juice1 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powdera pinch, or paprika
Salta pinch
Black peppera pinch

Method

  1. 1Mix mayonnaise and ketchup until evenly pink.
  2. 2Stir in pickles, onion, lemon, chilli, salt and pepper.
  3. 3Chill 20 minutes.
