Rice vinegar3 tbsp
Soy sauce2 tbsp
Sesame oil1 tbsp
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)3 tbsp
Honey1 tbsp
Ginger1 tbsp, finely grated
Garlic1 clove, grated
Lemon juice2 tsp lime juice
Sesame seeds1½ tsp, toasted

Method

  1. 1Grate the ginger and garlic finely so they melt into the dressing.
  2. 2Shake everything in a jar until combined.
  3. 3Rest 10 minutes so the ginger infuses.
