Ingredients

6 servings
Cabbage½ head, green and red, shredded
Carrot2, julienned
Red bell pepper (red capsicum, red pepper)1, thinly sliced
Spring onion (green onion, scallion)3, sliced
Coriander leaves (cilantro)a handful
Edamame¾ cup, boiled
Sesame seeds1 tbsp, toasted
Rice vinegar3 tbsp
Soy sauce2 tbsp
Sesame oil1 tbsp
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)1 tbsp
Honey1 tbsp
Ginger1 tbsp, grated
Garlic1 clove, grated
Lemon juice2 tsp lime juice

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Shred cabbage very finely and julienne carrots and pepper.
  2. 2Whisk vinegar, soy, both oils, honey, ginger, garlic and lime.
  3. 3Toss everything with the dressing and rest 10 minutes. Top with sesame.
Serve it like this

Serve in a big bowl at room temperature, sesame and coriander on top, beside grilled meats or in wraps.
