Ingredients

3 servings
Paneer250 g, cubed
Broccoli2 cups florets
Capsicum (green capsicum, green bell pepper)1, cubed
Red bell pepper (red capsicum, red pepper)½, cubed
Button mushroom6, halved
Onion1 small, petals
Garlic5 cloves, sliced
Ginger1.5 cm, chopped
Soy sauce1 tbsp
Black pepper¾ tsp
Dried red chillia pinch of flakes
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)1 tbsp
Sesame seeds1 tsp
Spring onion (green onion, scallion)1 stalk
Saltto taste

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Sear paneer in half the oil until golden on two sides. Set aside.
  2. 2In remaining oil on high, fry garlic and ginger, then broccoli and mushrooms for 2 minutes.
  3. 3Add peppers and onion for a minute, then soy, pepper, chilli and paneer. Toss well.
  4. 4Finish with sesame and spring onion.
Serve it like this

Serve hot on a plate, with a few fresh coriander leaves on top.
