Ingredients

Peanut butter⅓ cup
Soy sauce1½ tbsp
Lemon juice2 tbsp lime juice
Jaggery1 tbsp
Red chilli sauce2 tsp sriracha
Ginger2 tsp, grated
Garlic1 clove, grated
Sesame oil1 tsp
Water¼ cup, warm

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Whisk peanut butter with warm water until smooth.
  2. 2Whisk in soy, lime, jaggery, chilli sauce, ginger, garlic and sesame oil.
  3. 3Taste and adjust: more lime for tang, more water to thin.
Serve it like this

Serve in a small bowl to pour over noodle salads, slaws and rice bowls, or as a dip for fresh rolls.
