Ingredients

6 servings
Maida (all-purpose flour, plain flour)1⅔ cups
Whole wheat flour (wholemeal atta flour, chapati flour)⅓ cup
Instant dry yeast1 tsp
Sugar1 tsp
Salt¾ tsp
Milk⅔ cup, warm
Olive oil1½ tbsp
Tomato puree⅓ cup
Dried oregano1 tsp
Mozzarella1¼ cups, grated
Sweet corn kernels (corn kernels)⅓ cup
Capsicum (green capsicum, green bell pepper)½, very finely chopped

Method

5 steps
  1. 1Mix the flours, yeast, sugar and salt. Add the warm milk and oil and knead 8 minutes.
  2. 2Cover and rest in a warm spot until doubled.
  3. 3Roll into a 30 by 25 cm rectangle. Spread the tomato puree mixed with oregano, then scatter cheese, corn and capsicum.
  4. 4Roll up tightly from the long side, chill 10 minutes, then slice into 18 rounds.
  5. 5Place on a lined tray and bake at 200 C for 15 to 18 minutes.
Serve it like this

Arrange the spirals in a ring on a big board with a small bowl of ketchup in the middle.
