Ingredients

8 servings
Strawberries10 strawberries, finely diced
Ripe mango1 small mango, finely diced
Kiwi fruit2 kiwis, peeled and diced
Blueberriesa cup
Orange juice300 ml fresh orange juice
Honey1 tbsp
Lemon juice2 tsp

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Stir the honey and lemon juice into the orange juice until dissolved.
  2. 2Drop the fruit into the moulds in colour layers: strawberry, mango, kiwi, blueberry.
  3. 3Pour the juice over to fill the gaps, leaving 1 cm at the top. Tap the moulds to release air.
  4. 4Freeze 1 hour, push in the sticks, then freeze 4 hours more. Dip in warm water to release.
Serve it like this

Stand the pops in a tall glass of crushed ice so the stripes face out, and hand them over one colour at a time.
