Banana2 bananas, sliced and frozen
Strawberries1 cup, frozen
Raspberriesa handful
Curd (plain yogurt, natural yoghurt)¾ cup
Milk¼ cup, only as needed
Rolled oats (porridge oats)3 tbsp, dry toasted
Chia seeds2 tsp
Blueberriesa handful
Desiccated coconut (unsweetened shredded coconut)1 tsp

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Blend the frozen banana, strawberries, raspberries and curd, adding milk a spoon at a time only if the blender stalls.
  2. 2Scoop into two chilled bowls and smooth the top.
  3. 3Let the kids decorate with blueberries, toasted oats, chia and coconut in stripes.
