Ingredients

4 servings
Apple1, cubed
Banana1 large, sliced
Papaya, ripe1½ cups, cubed
Pomegranate seeds½ cup arils
Grapes¾ cup
Chaat masala1½ tsp
Black salt½ tsp
Cumin powder (ground cumin)½ tsp, roasted
Black peppera pinch
Lemon juice1 tbsp
Mint leavesa few, torn

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Chop the fruit into even bite sized pieces.
  2. 2Sprinkle chaat masala, black salt, cumin and pepper. Add lemon.
  3. 3Toss gently, top with mint and serve within 15 minutes.
Serve it like this
