Beef600 g, thin cutlets
Egg2
Garlic2 cloves, minced
Flat leaf parsleychopped
Saltto taste
Breadcrumbs1½ cups
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)absorbed, for frying

Method

  1. 1Pound cutlets thin between sheets of plastic.
  2. 2Beat eggs with garlic, parsley and salt; soak the cutlets 15 minutes.
  3. 3Press firmly into breadcrumbs on both sides.
  4. 4Shallow fry until golden on both sides. Drain and serve with lemon.
