Ingredients

Banana3 very ripe, mashed
Rice flour1¼ cups
Jaggery½ cup, grated
Fennel seeds½ tsp
Salta pinch
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)for frying, about this much is absorbed

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Mash bananas with jaggery until it melts.
  2. 2Add rice flour, fennel and salt to make a thick batter.
  3. 3Drop spoonfuls into medium hot oil and fry until deep golden.
Serve it like this
