Ingredients

6 servings
Glutinous rice flour (sweet rice flour)2 cups bora saul flour, slightly moist
Sesame seeds½ cup, black or white
Jaggery½ cup, grated
Salta pinch

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Dry roast sesame until it pops, then coarsely grind with jaggery.
  2. 2Sprinkle a thin, even layer of moist rice flour in a heated pan and press gently into a round.
  3. 3Spoon sesame filling along one side while it is soft.
  4. 4Roll it up quickly and lift off.
Serve it like this

Stack the rolls on a bell metal plate or banana leaf. Serve with red tea.
