Classic cranachan.

Ingredients

4 servings
Rolled oats (porridge oats)½ cup pinhead or rolled oats
Fresh cream (thickened cream, heavy cream)1¼ cups double cream
Honey2 tbsp
Whisky (whiskey, scotch whisky)2 tbsp Scotch whisky
Raspberries300 g

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Toast the oats in a dry pan until golden.
  2. 2Whip the cream to soft peaks, then fold in the honey and whisky.
  3. 3Fold in most of the oats.
  4. 4Layer the cream with raspberries in glasses, finishing with oats, berries and a drizzle of honey.
Serve it like this
