Classic chokladbollar.

Ingredients

10 servings
Butter7 tbsp, soft
Sugar6 tbsp
Vanilla essence (vanilla flavouring, imitation vanilla extract)½ tsp
Rolled oats (porridge oats)1½ cups rolled oats
Cocoa powder (unsweetened cocoa powder)3 tbsp
Water2 tbsp cold strong coffee
Filter coffee powder1 tsp, for the coffee
Desiccated coconut (unsweetened shredded coconut)½ cup

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Mash the soft butter with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  2. 2Add oats, cocoa and the cold coffee and mix with your hands until it holds together.
  3. 3Roll into 20 walnut sized balls and roll each in coconut.
  4. 4Chill at least 30 minutes.
Serve it like this

Pile in a small bowl or paper cases, straight from the fridge. Serve with coffee or a glass of cold milk.
