Basmati rice1½ cups, rinsed
Thick coconut milk¾ cup
Water1⅔ cups
Salt¾ tsp

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Bring the coconut milk, water and salt to a gentle boil.
  2. 2Add the rice, cover and cook on low until the liquid is absorbed.
  3. 3Rest covered for 5 minutes and fluff.
Serve it like this
