Ingredients

6 servings
Raw mango (green mango)1 small, finely chopped
Jaggery⅓ cup, grated
Tamarindsmall lemon size, as pulp
Neem flowers1 tbsp
Salta pinch
Black peppera pinch, or green chilli
Water¾ cup

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Soak tamarind in water and extract the pulp.
  2. 2Dissolve jaggery in the tamarind water.
  3. 3Add raw mango, neem flowers, salt and pepper. Stir.
Serve it like this
