Ingredients

8 servings
Filo pastry (phyllo dough)1 pack
Feta cheese300 g, crumbled
Ricotta⅔ cup
Egg2
Butter⅓ cup, melted
Olive oil2 tbsp
Black peppera pinch
Mint leaves1 tsp dried mint

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Mix feta, ricotta, eggs, pepper and mint.
  2. 2Cut filo into long 7 cm strips. Brush with butter and oil mixed.
  3. 3Place a spoon of filling at one end and fold into triangles like a flag.
  4. 4Brush tops and bake at 190°C for 25 minutes.
Serve it like this
