Curd (plain yogurt, natural yoghurt)2 cups yogurt
Water1 cup, cold
Cucumber2, finely diced
Garlic2 cloves, crushed
Dill leaveschopped
Walnuts⅓ cup, crushed
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)1 tbsp sunflower
Saltto taste

Method
