Ingredients

Water3⅓ cups
Tea leaves (black tea leaves)2 tbsp green brick tea, crushed, or green tea
Milk1⅔ cups
Salt½ tsp
Butter2 tsp, optional

Method

  1. 1Boil the water with the tea for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. 2Add the milk and bring back to a boil, ladling and pouring the tea from a height to aerate.
  3. 3Strain, add salt and butter if using.
Serve it like this
