Ingredients

6 servings
Sweet potato glass noodles (glass noodles, cellophane noodles)250 g vermicelli (long rice)
Chicken, boneless600 g thigh, sliced
Soy sauce4 tbsp
Gingera thumb, grated
Garlic3 cloves
Onion1, sliced
Carrot1, julienned
Cabbage2 cups, shredded
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)1½ tbsp
Sugar2 tsp
Water1¼ cups

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Soak the noodles in hot water for 15 minutes, drain and cut into shorter lengths.
  2. 2Fry garlic, ginger and onion in oil, then add chicken and brown.
  3. 3Add carrot and cabbage, then soy, sugar and water.
  4. 4Add the noodles and toss until they soak up the sauce.
Serve it like this

Pile into a large bowl and serve with rice, palusami and oka at the feast table.
