Ingredients

2 servings
Chapati, cooked4 leftover chapatis, cut in thin strips
Onion1 small, sliced
Capsicum (green capsicum, green bell pepper)½, sliced
Cabbage1 cup, shredded
Carrot1 small, julienned
Garlic3 cloves, chopped
Soy sauce2 tsp
Tomato ketchup (ketchup)1½ tbsp
Red chilli sauce2 tsp
Vinegar1 tsp
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)1 tbsp
Black pepper¼ tsp
Saltto taste
Spring onion (green onion, scallion)2 stalks, chopped

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Roll the chapatis and slice into thin strips. Shake them loose.
  2. 2Stir fry garlic, onion and vegetables in hot oil on high for 3 minutes.
  3. 3Add sauces, vinegar, pepper and salt, then the roti strips. Toss 2 minutes.
  4. 4Finish with spring onion.
Serve it like this

Serve hot in bowls straight from the pan, while everything is still glossy.
