Cheddar cheesea wedge of mature cheddar
White breadthick slices of crusty bread
Butterfor the bread
Cooked hamthick slices
Apple1, sliced
Sweet fruit chutneyBranston style pickle
Dill pickles (gherkins)pickled onions or gherkins
Lettucea few leaves
Tomato1, sliced
Egg2, hard boiled

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Hard boil the eggs for 10 minutes, cool and halve.
  2. 2Arrange the cheese, bread, butter, ham, apple, pickle, pickles, lettuce, tomato and eggs on a board.
  3. 3Serve with a knife for the cheese.
Serve it like this
