Ingredients

6 servings
Maida (all-purpose flour, plain flour)2½ cups
Instant dry yeast1½ tsp
Sugar1 tsp
Salt1 tsp
Water¾ cup, lukewarm
Olive oil1½ tbsp
Tomato puree⅔ cup
Garlic1 clove, grated
Dried oregano1 tsp
Mozzarella2 cups, grated
Capsicum (green capsicum, green bell pepper)1 small, diced
Sweet corn kernels (corn kernels)½ cup
Onion1 small, diced
Black olives8, sliced

Method

5 steps
  1. 1Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, water and oil; knead 8 minutes and rest until doubled.
  2. 2Simmer tomato purée with garlic, oregano and a pinch of salt for 5 minutes.
  3. 3Divide dough into 18 balls and press into 8 cm rounds on oiled trays.
  4. 4Spread sauce, add cheese and vegetables.
  5. 5Bake at 230 C for 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve it like this

Serve hot on a big board or straight on the tray, cut in halves for little hands, with chilli flakes and oregano on the side.
