Ingredients

3 servings
Cooked rice3 cups, warm
Nori sheets2 sheets, toasted and crumbled
Sesame oil2 tsp
Sesame seeds2 tsp
Salta pinch
Tuna in oil (tinned tuna)1 small can, drained
Mayonnaise2 tbsp
Napa cabbage kimchi½ cup, finely chopped

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Mix warm rice with crumbled laver, sesame oil, seeds and salt.
  2. 2Mix tuna with mayonnaise; squeeze kimchi dry.
  3. 3Wet your hands, flatten a portion of rice, add filling and press into a ball.
Serve it like this

Line the balls up on a plate or in a lunchbox with pickled radish and a few cucumber sticks.
