Ingredients

2 servings
Beef150 g sirloin, cubed
Salta pinch
Black peppera pinch
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)2 tsp
Water4 cups for boiling
Instant noodles2 packs instant ramyeon
Chunjang2½ tbsp, fried in a little oil
Sugar1 tsp
Gochugaru2 tsp
Soy sauce1 tsp
Spring onion (green onion, scallion)1 stalk, chopped

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Season the beef with salt and pepper and sear in hot oil for 2 minutes until browned and cooked to your liking.
  2. 2Boil the noodles for 3 minutes, then pour off all but about 6 tbsp of water.
  3. 3Stir in chunjang, sugar, gochugaru and soy and toss on the heat for 1 minute.
  4. 4Add the beef, toss and top with spring onion.
Serve it like this

Serve in a wide bowl with the beef on top and spring onion; pickled radish and kimchi on the side.
