Baguette (french bread roll)2 long sub rolls
Olive oil2 tbsp
Vinegar1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Dried oregano1 tsp
Black peppera pinch
Cooked hamthin slices
Spicy salami (pepperoni)thin slices
Provoloneslices
Lettuceshredded
Tomatosliced
Onionthinly sliced
Jalapeñopickled peppers or jalapeños

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Whisk olive oil, vinegar, oregano and pepper.
  2. 2Split the rolls, scoop a little bread out and drizzle some dressing inside.
  3. 3Layer provolone, ham, salami, then lettuce, tomato, onion and peppers. Drizzle the rest of the dressing.
  4. 4Wrap tightly in paper for 10 minutes, then cut each roll in half.
Serve it like this
