Ingredients

6 servings
Red grape juice300 ml
Orange juice200 ml
Water½ cup
Agar agar2 tsp agar powder
Honey2 tsp, optional
Strawberries6, diced
Grapesa handful, quartered
Kiwi fruit1 kiwi, diced

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Whisk the agar into the water and leave 5 minutes.
  2. 2Bring to a boil and simmer 2 minutes, stirring, then take off the heat and stir in the juices and honey.
  3. 3Divide the fruit among 6 small cups and pour the warm jelly over.
  4. 4Leave 20 minutes at room temperature, then chill an hour.
Serve it like this

Serve in clear cups so the fruit shows through, each with a small spoon stuck in at an angle.
