Ingredients

6 servings
Maida (all-purpose flour, plain flour)3¼ cups
Instant dry yeast1½ tsp
Olive oil5 tbsp
Spinach2 bunches, chopped
Onion1 large, chopped
Sumac1 tbsp
Lemon juice3 tbsp
Saltto taste
Water1 cup warm

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Make a soft dough with flour, yeast, oil, salt and water. Let it rise.
  2. 2Salt the chopped spinach, squeeze very dry, then mix with onion, sumac, lemon and oil.
  3. 3Roll the dough thin, cut circles, add filling and pinch three sides together into triangles.
  4. 4Bake at 200 C until golden.
Serve it like this

Pile on a platter and serve warm or room temperature with lemon wedges.
