Ingredients

4 servings
Pork500 g, in large pieces
Waterfor boiling
Onion1 large, finely chopped
Ginger5 cm, finely chopped
Green chilli4, finely chopped
Lemon juice1 tbsp
Coriander leaves (cilantro)a handful
Saltto taste

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Boil the pork in salted water until tender.
  2. 2Cool the pork and chop into small pieces.
  3. 3Toss with onion, ginger, chillies, lemon juice, coriander and salt.
  4. 4Rest 10 minutes before serving with rice or jadoh.
