Ingredients

6 servings
Onion1, chopped
Capsicum (green capsicum, green bell pepper)1 green and some red, diced
Carrot2, grated
Baked beans1 can
Tomato2, chopped
Garlic2 cloves
Ginger2.5 cm
Curry powder2 tsp
Green chilli2, chopped
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)2 tbsp
Saltto taste

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Fry onion, garlic, ginger and chilli in oil until soft.
  2. 2Add curry powder, then peppers and carrot. Cook 5 minutes.
  3. 3Add tomato and baked beans, simmer 10 minutes.
Serve it like this

Spoon into a bowl beside pap and grilled meat, or spread on bread rolls; good warm or cold.
