Ingredients

4 servings
Prawns (shrimp)200 g, peeled
Chicken, boneless200 g, thinly sliced
Cauliflower1 cup florets
Broccoli1 cup florets
Carrot1, sliced
Cabbage2 cups, chopped
Bok choy (pak choi)2 heads
Baby corn8, halved
Button mushroom100 g, sliced
Garlic5 cloves, minced
Onion1, sliced
Oyster sauce2 tbsp
Soy sauce1 tbsp
Cornflour (cornstarch)1 tbsp
Chicken stock (chicken broth)1 cup
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)2 tbsp
White peppera pinch

Method

5 steps
  1. 1Fry garlic and onion in oil until fragrant.
  2. 2Add the chicken and prawns and stir fry until the chicken is cooked through with no pink.
  3. 3Add carrot, cauliflower, broccoli and baby corn with half the stock. Cover 2 minutes.
  4. 4Add cabbage, bok choy, mushrooms, oyster sauce, soy and pepper. Toss 2 minutes.
  5. 5Add the cornflour mixed with the remaining stock and stir until glossy.
Serve it like this

Spoon into a deep plate with sauce pooling, served with rice and fried shallots.
