Ingredients

4 servings
Tuna in oil (tinned tuna)2 cans, drained
Mayonnaise⅓ cup
Celery1 stalk, finely diced
Onion¼ red onion, minced
Dill pickles (gherkins)2 tbsp, chopped, or relish
Lemon juice2 tsp
Prepared mustard1 tsp
Flat leaf parsley1 tbsp, chopped
Salta pinch
Black pepper¼ tsp

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Drain the tuna well and flake it with a fork in a bowl.
  2. 2Add celery, onion, pickles and parsley.
  3. 3Fold in mayonnaise, mustard, lemon, salt and pepper. Taste and adjust.
Serve it like this

Pile onto toasted bread with lettuce and tomato, or into halved tomatoes, with a lemon wedge.
