Fish500 g sashimi grade sea bass or sole
Lemon juice½ cup lime juice
Ají amarillo paste2½ tbsp
Garlic1 clove
Gingera little, grated
Coriander leaves (cilantro)chopped
Sweet corn kernels (corn kernels)choclo
Sweet potatoboiled camote slices
Saltto taste

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Blend lime juice, ají, garlic, ginger and salt.
  2. 2Slice fish very thin and lay flat on a chilled plate.
  3. 3Pour sauce over just before serving.
  4. 4Garnish with coriander, corn and sweet potato.
Serve it like this
