Ingredients

4 servings
Rava (semolina)1¼ cups
Curd (plain yogurt, natural yoghurt)¾ cup
Waterabout 2/3 cup
Onion1 small, chopped
Tomato1 small, chopped
Capsicum (green capsicum, green bell pepper)½ small, chopped
Carrot1 small, grated
Green chilli2, chopped
Ginger1.5 cm, grated
Coriander leaves (cilantro)a handful
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)2 tbsp
Saltto taste

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Whisk rava, curd, water and salt. Rest.
  2. 2Stir in the vegetables, chilli, ginger and coriander. Add water to make a thick pouring batter.
  3. 3Pour a ladle onto a hot greased tawa and spread into a round. Drizzle oil.
  4. 4Flip and cook the other side. Serve with green chutney or ketchup.
Serve it like this
