Ingredients

8 servings
Spinach1 big bunch, blanched and squeezed
Artichoke hearts1 tin, drained and chopped
Cream cheese150 g, softened
Sour cream½ cup (or hung curd)
Mayonnaise3 tbsp
Parmesan½ cup, grated
Mozzarella1 cup, grated
Garlic3 cloves, grated
Black pepper¼ tsp
Saltto taste
Tortilla chipsto serve, or toasted baguette

Method

5 steps
  1. 1Blanch spinach for a minute, cool and squeeze it really dry, then chop.
  2. 2Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, garlic, parmesan and half the mozzarella.
  3. 3Fold in spinach and artichokes, season, and spread in a baking dish. Top with remaining mozzarella.
  4. 4Bake at 190 C for 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. 5Serve hot with chips or toast for scooping.
