Ingredients

3 servings
Chapati, cooked4 leftover chapatis, cut in triangles
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)1 tbsp, brushed
Onion1 small, finely chopped
Tomato1, finely chopped
Curd (plain yogurt, natural yoghurt)½ cup, whisked
Chaat masala1½ tsp
Red chilli powder (indian red chili powder)½ tsp
Sev2 tbsp
Coriander leaves (cilantro)2 tbsp, chopped
Lemon juice2 tsp
Saltto taste

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Brush the chapati triangles with oil and crisp them on a tawa or in the oven at 180°C for 8 minutes.
  2. 2Arrange on a plate and top with onion, tomato, curd, chaat masala, chilli and lemon.
  3. 3Finish with sev and coriander and serve at once.
Serve it like this
