Ingredients

Ricotta1⅓ cups
Milk¾ cup
Egg4, separated
Maida (all-purpose flour, plain flour)1 cup
Baking powder1½ tsp
Salta pinch
Butterfor the pan and to serve
Banana2, sliced
Honey2 tbsp

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Mix ricotta, milk and yolks, then fold in flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. 2Whip the whites to stiff peaks and fold in gently.
  3. 3Cook large spoonfuls in a buttered pan on medium low, 2 to 3 minutes a side.
  4. 4Serve with banana, honey and a little butter.
Serve it like this
