Ingredients

2 servings
Dragon fruit2 cups, cubed and frozen
Banana1, frozen
Tender coconut water½ cup
Granola (toasted muesli)⅓ cup
Kiwi fruit1, sliced
Strawberries4, sliced
Chia seeds2 tsp
Desiccated coconut (unsweetened shredded coconut)1 tbsp

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Cube the dragon fruit and banana and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  2. 2Blend frozen fruit with just enough coconut water to move the blades, stopping to push down.
  3. 3Spoon into chilled bowls and top with granola, kiwi, strawberries, chia and coconut.
Serve it like this

Serve in chilled bowls with toppings in neat stripes, plus a spoon. Eat right away before it melts.
