Ingredients

4 servings
Paneer250 g, large cubes
Capsicum (green capsicum, green bell pepper)1 large, squares
Onion1 large, petals
Tomato1, seeded, squares
Hung curd (greek yogurt)⅓ cup
Ginger garlic paste2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder1 tsp
Garam masala½ tsp
Chaat masala1 tsp
Lemon juice2 tsp
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)2 tbsp
Salt¾ tsp
Tomato ketchup (ketchup)3 tbsp
Red chilli sauce1 tbsp
Soy sauce1 tsp
Vinegar1 tsp
Sugar1 tsp
Garlic2 cloves, chopped

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Marinate paneer and vegetables in hung curd, ginger garlic paste, chilli, garam masala, lemon and salt for 20 minutes.
  2. 2Thread onto skewers alternating paneer and vegetables.
  3. 3Grill or pan sear with a little oil, turning, 8 to 10 minutes.
  4. 4Saute garlic in the rest of the oil, add sauces, vinegar and sugar and simmer 2 minutes. Brush over skewers, sprinkle chaat masala.
Serve it like this

Serve hot on a plate, with a few fresh coriander leaves on top.
