Ingredients

Dark rum60 ml dark rum
Pineapple juice120 ml pineapple juice
Orange juice30 ml orange juice
Cream of coconut30 ml cream of coconut
Whole spicesfreshly grated nutmeg
Pineapple1 wedge
Ice cubescrushed, plus cubes for shaking

Method

  1. 1Shake the rum, juices and cream of coconut hard with ice.
  2. 2Pour into a tall glass full of crushed ice.
  3. 3Grate plenty of nutmeg on top and add the pineapple wedge.
Serve it like this

Serve tall over crushed ice with nutmeg and a pineapple wedge. Coconut prawns or fried snacks alongside, plus water.
