Ingredients

4 servings
Cucumber2 large, sliced
Salt1 tsp
Onion¼, thinly sliced
Spring onion (green onion, scallion)1, sliced
Garlic2 cloves, minced
Gochugaru2 tsp
Vinegar1 tbsp
Sugar1½ tsp
Soy sauce2 tsp
Sesame oil2 tsp
Sesame seeds1 tsp

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Toss cucumber with salt and rest 10 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
  2. 2Mix garlic, gochugaru, vinegar, sugar, soy and sesame oil.
  3. 3Toss cucumber, onion and spring onion with the seasoning and sprinkle sesame.
Serve it like this

Serve right away in a small bowl as one of several banchan, sesame on top, with rice and grilled meat.
