Ingredients

2 servings
Rolled oats (porridge oats)¾ cup rolled oats
Curd (plain yogurt, natural yoghurt)⅔ cup plain yoghurt
Milk⅓ cup plus a splash
Ripe mango1 large, half pureed, half diced
Honey1 tbsp
Cardamoma pinch
Chia seeds2 tsp

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Puree half the mango with the yoghurt, milk, honey and cardamom.
  2. 2Stir in the oats and chia, divide between two jars and seal.
  3. 3Refrigerate overnight, or at least 6 hours.
  4. 4Top with the diced mango just before serving.
Serve it like this

Serve in the jar with a small spoon, mango cubes on top and a pinch of cardamom dusted over.
