Ingredients

Lychee12 lychees, peeled and seeded
Lemon juice20 ml lime juice
Sugar2 tsp
Rose watera few drops
Soda water (club soda)200 ml
Ice cubesplenty

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Blend 8 lychees with the lime juice, sugar and rose water, then strain.
  2. 2Pour over ice and top with soda.
  3. 3Drop the remaining whole lychees in each glass.
Serve it like this

Serve in a tall glass or coupe with whole lychees and a mint leaf. Very cold.
