Burger bun4 soft round buns or brioche
Cream cheese200 g, softened
Sugar2½ tbsp
Butter6 tbsp, melted
Garlic8 cloves, minced
Egg1
Honey1 tbsp
Milk2 tbsp
Flat leaf parsley1 tbsp, chopped
Salta pinch

Method

5 steps
  1. 1Cut each bun into 6 wedges without cutting through the base.
  2. 2Beat cream cheese with the sugar and milk until smooth and pipe into each cut.
  3. 3Whisk melted butter, garlic, egg, honey, salt and parsley.
  4. 4Dip or brush the buns all over with the garlic mixture.
  5. 5Bake at 175 C for 15 minutes until golden and set.
Serve it like this
