Ingredients

8 servings
Rice flour1¼ cups, fine
Thick coconut milk1⅔ cups
Sugar¾ cup
Ghee1½ tbsp
Cardamom½ tsp
Cashews1½ tbsp

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Whisk rice flour, coconut milk and sugar until smooth.
  2. 2Cook on low heat with ghee, stirring, until it just thickens.
  3. 3Pour into a greased plate, top with cashews and steam 25 minutes.
  4. 4Cool completely and cut into diamonds.
Serve it like this

Cut into diamonds and serve two pieces on a plate with sulaimani tea.
