Classic sulaimani.

Ingredients

2 servings
Water1⅔ cups
Tea leaves (black tea leaves)1 tsp
Sugar4 tsp
Whole spices2 cardamom pods, 2 cloves and a small piece of cinnamon
Lemon juice1 tbsp
Mint leavesa few leaves, optional

Method

3 steps
  1. 1Boil the water with sugar and the spices for 2 minutes.
  2. 2Turn off the heat, add the tea leaves and steep covered for 2 minutes.
  3. 3Strain, stir in lemon juice and mint and serve hot.
Serve it like this
