Minced pork (pork mince, ground pork)80 g
Chinese sausage1 link, sliced
Onion2 tbsp, finely chopped
Garlic2 cloves
Soy sauce2 tsp
White pepper½ tsp
Spring onion (green onion, scallion)1, sliced
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)2 tsp
Baguette (french bread roll)½ baguette, to serve

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Fry the garlic, onion and minced pork with half the soy sauce and pepper in a little oil until cooked through.
  2. 2Heat two small iron pans or one skillet with a little oil. Crack in the eggs.
  3. 3Scatter the pork and sausage over the eggs and cook 2 minutes until whites set.
  4. 4Finish with remaining soy, pepper and spring onion and serve in the pan with bread.
Serve it like this

Serve in the hot skillet on a wooden board with warm bread, Maggi style seasoning and chilli sauce, and sweet iced coffee.
