Ingredients

6 servings
Cabbage1 large head
Buckwheat groats1 cup
Button mushroom300 g, chopped
Onion2, chopped
Carrot2, grated
Cooking oil (vegetable oil)3 tbsp
Tomato puree1½ cups
Water1⅔ cups
Bay leaf (indian bay leaf)2
Dill leaveschopped
Saltto taste
Black pepperto taste

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Blanch cabbage leaves until soft.
  2. 2Cook buckwheat until just tender. Fry onion, carrot and mushrooms in oil until golden. Mix and season.
  3. 3Roll filling in leaves.
  4. 4Pack in a dish, pour tomato and water, add bay. Cover and bake at 180 C.
Serve it like this

Serve three rolls in tomato sauce with dill on top.
