Ingredients

4 servings
Colocasia (taro root, eddoes)300 g arbi, peeled
Cabbage⅓ head, chopped
Mustard greensa bunch, chopped
Green beans1½ cups, cut
Ginger2.5 cm, crushed
Saltto taste
Water2½ cups

Method

4 steps
  1. 1Boil the colocasia in the water until soft.
  2. 2Add the beans, cabbage, ginger and salt and cook until tender.
  3. 3Add the mustard greens and cook until wilted.
  4. 4Mash lightly into a thick, chunky stew and serve.
